Expensive and Bad. : / It is the 1st time that I send a package here, I send medicines to the US with their respective prescriptions and they did warn me that I could have problems through customs (although I have already sent before for another package and I had not had any problem only that it is longer ). They told me that it would arrive in 2 days and that in case of having a problem they would contact me. Well, 4 days have passed and the package has not even left the branch where I left it and they have not even contacted me to tell me why. The person needs their medicines soon so I send them there, if I knew better I send them by other means and much cheaper than fedex.

Place with license 1044086, with RFC DBO131210FZ4, they made me lose $ 400 pesos of perishable products, they did not mention anything that Fedex is not sending food, it took more than 2 weeks to deliver the package, apart, there were 5 boxes of medicines necessary for one person of the third age, and what a surprise, there were only 3 and a half boxes in the package. Don't damn it, we almost forgave them about the persecution, but about the drugs, that is. DO NOT SEND THROUGH THIS PREMISE, GO TO ONE THAT HAS A FEDEX CERTIFICATE, since these are third parties, in this case FAXBOXES SA de CV, they carry the name of the FEDEX company, to hide their tricks and thefts.
