Green Motion Car Rental - Saltillo Centro

Have used this a number of times in Monterrey/Saltillo as GreenMotion - excellent company with good prices. Much better than competition who shall not be named who double charged us; and the cost was triple what it was with Green Motion. Definately recommend! Gracias!

Terrible service We rented a car and at the pick-up time they were not there to give it to us. We had to go to his office elsewhere in the city to get it. When we arrived, the daily price of the vehicle was more expensive than what we booked online (I'm not talking about insurance). After 4 hours of travel of single asphalt road, 2 tires were broken, something like this has never happened to me before. When I told the head of the office, I was not surprised at all and had to pay to change the tire and return. The mechanic who changed it told me that the ones that broke were very old. The boss told me he was going to check the broken tire and that he would have contacted me to return the money we put to change it. I wrote to him and he never answered me again. I do not know if it is because we are tourists and tried to deceive us or what. I do not advise it at all.

You swim because I have to put a star because it is not for any. Worst place to rent, they do not help you when you have a problem on the road, terrible service at all.
