I battled a lot with them, in the end my move took longer than necessary and cost me little more but no one else dared to do the service they did and nothing was lost
I do not recommend it at all, I made a move from CDMX to Monclova and it took 10 days to deliver my furniture, they do not have the care that they promise to the load, the unit in which they made the move was very old and in poor condition, in end, very unprofessional in every way.
