Terrible service, the post office does not deliver to nearby municipalities and that which is in Zacatlan, while Fedex and DHL reach all places and that they have branches in Puebla or Pachuca, even Quality Post reaches the municipalities surrounding Zacatlan and then why post office no ?, being closer.

Terrible service, urgent packages are delivered 1 week later by 3 young ladies attending and cannot be organized, they always deliver after 4 in the afternoon even if it is urgent and the packages for which you pay insurance are thrown on the floor, they are stepped on and kicked and they do not care, they damaged my jewelry by stepping on my package, and for complaints this bot has no advisers.
