Nice people friendly service a bit of a delay getting my vehicle but other than that the process was simple and easy.

Great experience with Alamo in the Queretaro Fiesta Inn. They had a promo for 50% off the cost if paid in advance online so it was a great deal. We had no issues using our credit card's insurance for CDW, or even using the temp drivers license I had been issued after my wallet was stolen. Pick up and drop off were quick and painless. Would recommend

Had you not, we would have never had the pleasure of meeting Debora who works at the counter. She is the BEST. Professional, polite & very accommodating. She was friendly, courteous & caring. Just a kind & helpful person all around. Never once did she make us feel uncomfortable or feel pressured. She went out of her way to accommodate us and that means alot. Friendly, honest, up to date cars & fair prices. This is the place to be. I would most definitely rent from this Alamo Auto Rental location again. It’s located inside of the Fiesta Inn.
