Customer service was extremely caring, friendly, and helpful. The process was easy and I had no problems with the car. Unfortunately, when I returned the car, there seemed to be some undercarriage damage that I did not know about nor have any idea how it occurred. I spent the weekend exploring the wine country of Tequisquiapan, and sometimes the roads are poor. I drive like a grannie, but somehow there appeared to be some damage. However, they had a mechanic check it right away and found it was nothing serious, so they did not charge me. I was very grateful for their prompt service and attention regarding this matter. They were always kind and understanding. Just be careful if you drive through the wine country as the roads can be a little rough, even if you drive carefully. I am very very happy with my experience and HIGHLY recommend them again. Thank you gentlemen for ALL your help!

They offer cars through the Orbitz portal that they no longer have in stock. I booked through Orbitz to rent a van with them. Although the Orbitz reservation was confirmed, they told me that they no longer had that type of car in their fleet. What is it about? Great annoyance and enormous distrust. I recommend looking for another option.
