I share that I was disappointed, not with the brand but with the staff, on Wednesday I bought my bike and they would deliver it to me the next day, the next day I went in my car but the bike did not fit so I decided to go another day in a van It should be noted that I live 45 km from where the store is, the surprise was that they did not know where my bicycle was, which had already been paid for, they tell me that they have to review the videos and do a whole process to see what happened. Unfortunately I will have to cancel the purchase or see what a good solution they can give me. ☹️

Excellent service in store, but the phone does not respond, it is very difficult to communicate to know the status of the order. It would be necessary to improve in this aspect.

Excellent the attention of the staff, however they should fix the phone to be able to talk and know if the bicycle has arrived or not. I have to go to the store to ask the status because the phone does not work! Or at least put an email or some kind of contact.

I will leave the 5 stars but I still mention that I paid 50% of my bike 15 days ago they told me that they were arriving today and now they tell me that they will be waiting for the bike in mid-November But the attention in the store the people the facilities hence all good service in general
