They do what they can with what little they have, since the staff is very friendly, I always collect my packages without problems

good day I would like you to orient me I am waiting for a package a YEAR ago and I have not received it I bought a product from ESSENTIAL CBD EXTRACT and they tell me that they sent it to me on 2 occasions but I have not received it, they tell me to go to the postal mail of my country I went to DHL and they say that they deliver it in post office in Mexico and I have a sheet attached If you could help me, I would appreciate it.
