The service is lousy! They treat you as if you were begging, and they justify themselves by saying they don't have internet. The place doesn't even look like an official government post office

About 2 years ago I had received excellent attention from the workers, however, I went for some packages that have not arrived at my house and they only send them to that branch because it is the closest one and the workers were super rude and not They did nothing to search for the packages.

Terrible, it says that they came to my home 3 times and they never marked me or warned me that they were on their way, we didn't even know when they arrived at my home. Now I have to go to the offices for my package.

Not one star deserves, terrible service, they never answer the phones and the packages take a long time to arrive. Well they say that cheap is expensive.

My package has not arrived and that which has arrived for a month I went twice and they told me that they could not find it but my tracking code says it is there
