Trafimar was contracted by my employer to move my car from NY to Mexico. It took them three months to bring it to the port of Veracruz. The car arrived with parts missing from the trunk. Then they completed the importation in such a way that the car was not allowed to have any plates, even temporary ones, in Mexico. They said it´s ok you can drive your car in Mexico WITHOUT REGISTRATION PLATES. They never told us that they could not get it in legal for driving; they just moved it as furniture... For the next 9 months, we were discussing this matter with them trying to resolve this issue. In process, they took the original documents and haven't returned them yet. Now we are asking them to send the car back. Again, delays. I'm the original owner, the car's documents are in perfect condition. TRULY AWFUL, FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE with TRAFIMAR. NEVER EVER CONTRACT THESE INCOMPETENT PEOPLE TO MOVE YOUR CAR
