I once sent a phone to the US with this service. I was told it would arrive within 5 days or so. It was a long time but cheaper than other couriers, so I went ahead. 2 weeks later not only had the package not arrived, but nobody at Mexpost was able to tell me where my package was. Finally after 5-6 WEEKS the package arrived. Truly appalling service.
