Without any malicious spirit, but concern for people who may need an emergency service for their pet, if I want to comment that we had a very bad experience at this clinic. They gave us a completely WRONG diagnosis. We took our boxer dog who already had a nosebleed and was very weak. They did an X-ray and a hemogram of which the diagnosis was that our puppy already had his lungs almost full of fluid, 90% in addition to his liver and kidneys no longer working properly and a life expectancy of less than 6 months. In addition to this, we were required to pay in advance for the full treatment, which was quite high. We decided to seek a second opinion in another clinic and were greatly surprised at first, that the X-ray had been taken very badly. At the new clinic they took the x-ray and blood tests, and the x-ray was completely different, clear and flawless, which showed that THERE WAS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING OF FLUID in our puppy's lungs, and the blood tests showed no liver deficiencies nor kidney. It gave us a lot of courage and we decided not to return to this clinic even though we had already paid in advance for a treatment that was not even adequate. We highly respect those who work hard for the health of animals, and more so if they dedicate 24 hours, but I share this experience so that they take great care of where they take their pets, since the experience in this clinic was very alarming for us. The correct diagnosis of our dog turned out to be a cancerous tumor in the nostrils, after having performed endoscopy and sent a sample for biopsy, which was later well corroborated in a highly specialized clinic in Mexico City, where he was treated with chemotherapy, NOTHING TO DO WITH WHAT WE WERE TOLD AT THIS HMT CLINIC.
