I write this opinion with a lot of sadness in my heart, my kitten died in their clinic because they did not know how to take good care of him, he arrived with a fracture, they told us that it was not recorded and that it would be fine, that the operation would be difficult and they made us sign a risk letter that he could die from the anesthesia, they promised us that they would do the operation the next morning but for this we would have to pay, we did not mind paying too much to be treated quickly and then they delayed the operation due to an emergency and Even so, they didn't do it the same day, they waited one more day and they operated on it, they never told us I had to constantly dial and go see it every day to see it and to be told that it would be fine. After the operation I saw him and they told us that he was fine and stable, that he had successfully come out of anesthesia, they promised me that he would return home soon but the next day they called my father to say that he was very unstable since the night that he could die, I called and they did not want to answer, why if the call came in and they hung up on me, they only called again to say that he had died. They justified themselves by saying that the cats were weaker than they knew it was difficult, if they had told me before I would not have left it and trusted that they would save it, when we doubted their professionalism they told us "an apology they are practitioners" pay too much and trust in They to save my kitten that was not only my pet, it was my world and many owners will understand me, they must also understand that being a veterinarian is to love and protect the lives of animals because pets are not toys or accessories, they are more in the life of a person, they did not know that my cat was my everything but it was not a reason not to make an effort to save him why they should have done that, he was my everything and they took him away and my mistake was to trust them.
