Ten days ago I took my dog ​​to this clinic hoping to find a solution to a bad surgery performed by another vet. My pet was cared for by MVZ Gerardo Sierra Manríquez, professional license 9068007, who is far from being a professional doctor. The problem with my pet is that he got stuck on an elbow and the fluid leaked from the joint. This man did another surgery, put a bandage on him and asked to see my pet in ten days to remove the stitches. Every time you go to that clinic, they make people wait despite making an appointment, as if they were not going to be paid, because yes, the consultations are charged with singular joy. Time is also money. Today I call to ask if they can attend to my dog ​​for the removal of stitches and the assistant tells me that I can go, however when the doctor arrived he was not there because he had gone to attend another doctor in surgery. According to the assistant, he would return in an hour and after ten minutes he informed me that it would take longer. In particular, I use a taxi to go to the clinic and the driver charges me roundtrip for more waiting time. Not even an apology or an explanation. These guys behave like the world doesn't deserve them or like they get free care.
