The service is excellent but access is often very poor due to the general road conditions of the Ermita Iztapalapa road. Whether the traffic prevents efficient access to the units or, on the contrary, the maneuvering efforts often result in road clogs, which tends to cause friction both in the direction of the operator towards the people in the vehicles for not allowing maneuvering either or vice versa when the vehicles are the ones who, given the obvious obstruction of the road, generate frustration and annoyance which leads them to attack the personnel who are only trying to do their job correctly
