The worst move of my life. It is a not very serious company, they sell you their all-inclusive packages and you end up doing half of their work and correcting the other half or outright resigning yourself to seeing your furniture damaged forever because their "professionals" don't care what it cost you. Make yourself of each one of your things and what does it matter if you wait for them 5 hours, try to be in a good mood because if you claim they will double charge your card by mistake, they do not care about your time, your things, or your opinion. They don't mind leaving you with the bad experience. It was like this: -I packed half the house because the kids didn't finish it on the agreed day. -I paid for an exclusive move that in the end was shared, I found that out because the saleswoman told me, I suppose because it came out. -They told me there would be a supervisor and he never came. -They told me that the move would arrive at 1pm and it arrived at 6pm. -They told me that a group of professionals would take care of everything and only a very liar boy arrived with the truck driver. -They told me they would assemble my furniture and they did not have time to assemble a single one well. I had to hire someone to rearm the 2 that according to them they put together. -They told me that they would not accommodate the boxes in the corresponding room and my husband and I unloaded half of the boxes and some furniture and still they gave us 12 am. -They decided to finish the job again and never came back. -They scratched my refrigerator because they removed the packaging before putting it in place and they hit several pieces of furniture. -They damaged the bases of my bed. -It took 5 days to return the money for the charge made wrong by the "professional" For this and more I do not recommend them at all 😔 * I never asked anyone to run, a thousand times I told them that for me the bad service was given to me by moving home, by this I mean, the entire company * The only damage they took care of is the refrigerator, which they rewarded me with 1/14 of its value. But not the buffet, not the crib or my bed and not to mention the TV.

Very bad, expensive, badly done, and disorganized !!! ... damaged several pieces of furniture by dragging them, and a plastic playhouse, the ROMPIERON to dismantle and then placed THREE metal screws of 6cm in length to try to put on foot the house and do that nothing happened! ... a big risk for my daughter of only 3 years, finally when they recognized the damage caused they said they would repair ... today a year later they did not repair damages and the "manager" already Take the calls ... LOUD SERVICE, I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. IF I EXIST ... I AM NOT ANY GHOST CUSTOMER as you want to see in the notes after complaint, YOU HAVE MY CONTACT DATA AND UNTIL THE BILLING OF THE SERVICE, and the countless calls that I made as part of the complaint that I placed, after which YOU SURELY BLOCKED ME CALLS ...

In the "All inclusive" you forget to make your boxes, very comfortable option.
