The facilities are very spacious and well cleaned. The only negative is that I want to buy a car, but they don't have auto-demo, for a test drive. They should have a car for that purpose.

Terrible attention in the service area. I entered service at 9 AM. The annoying girl handed it to me at 6 as if she were doing me a favor and the service manager was arrogant. The interior of the vehicle smelled of oil, do not buy at this agency to avoid future problems with these people

It is an agency with terrible customer service, from the management to the service area. Too bad, because the Tucson that I bought I love ... but as a customer, in addition to a good product, I also look for good service and good attention, Toyota and Suzuki, excellent attention as well as the product, the strange thing is that being from same owner is not aware. Or just respond the same to all comments and not try to improve those aspects. Today I left my car for service at 10 am, it is almost 5 PM and I am still waiting for it, never in any agency had I been left without a car for a whole day. And they don't have many cars for service. But anyway ..... they are complaints to the wind. But just because of the lousy service, I wouldn't buy another Hyundai car.
