Terrible service, too late and pure excuses from the technician!

Very bad service. He never called me to see what my pc had. He started making moves on his own. The load center was failing and could not fix it and another technician did. And the ugliest thing was that I wanted to buy the pc. It leaves a lot to be desired and a lot of mistrust. Followed by my pc spending 2 weeks with it without doing anything to it. I do not recommend it at all.
