Staff are extremely rude. Will not come back here again even if the offer me free stay.

Would leave a 0 star review if possible. The resort was beautiful and I wish I could say it was a 5 star experience. The room we stayed required a $200 security deposit for any possible damages. Even with picture proof that there was a preexisting stain to a table, the resort insisted that it cost $120 to have it refinished and that we would receive the remaining $80’s of the deposit for damages not caused by us. Obviously I am trying to fight it to keep my full deposit but now nearly a month after checkout we haven’t received 1 cent of any of our security deposit. Working with the staff was a nightmare. If it were my own damages I wouldn’t mind paying the fee. Go to a resort that won’t try to nickel and dime you for damages that aren’t even your fault.

We came for 4th of July weekend and our friends booked our Airbnb here at Las Palmas I love the resort entirely! First time in Puero Penasco! So walking from the Condo to the beach was just a few mins so close by the beach. Our view was amazing & breathtaking! The resort pools we absolutely loved and enjoyed. They have the kid family pool area which is impressive cause they have really cool slides and shallow area for littles. Plus offer his eats and antojitos while swimming and lounging. The resort has zero tolerance for partying too late and loud obnoxious ppl will be addressed or kicked out so I like that too. Definitely booking this place again!

Nice pools, 2 slides for older "kids" and 1 small toddler slide. People are very nice. Room was well kept with an incredible view.
