We went here this past weekend and we were really impressed! There were 12 of us in our party (2 of which are vegan). There are not many vegan options available in Rocky Point, so we were really excited to try El Tapeo. The food was terrific and the service was "top notch". The restaurant was clean and the ambience was awesome. I was surprised that it was not more crowded. Portions were good and prices were very reasonable. We will come back soon!

Words cannot really describe the experience here. Great wine, great beer, great food. Not something to miss if visiting this area.

I dined there with my wife this evening for the second night in a row. The first night was great! The second night, tonight, I ordered the paella, the shrimp and sausage were freezer burnt and the clams were dried out. After a few bites I asked for something different and politely explained the dish was not what I expected. When I got the check the paella was still there so I asked the waiter why and he said his manager would only remove the charge had I not touched the dish. I ate one shrimp, clam and a couple bites of rice, not much. We paid the bill and the rest is history. By the way our waiter Lalo (nickname) was AMAZING and we made sure to leave him a great tip.

Wonderful spot with great craft beer, small plates and amazing people! Best spot in Rocky Point for craft beer hands down:)

El Tapeo is Puerto Peñasco’s only wine bar, featuring some of the local Mexican wines from the Guadalupe Valley. Besides that, in my opinion they have the best pizzas in town. They are individual size and thin and crispy. The tapas or small size portions are varied and delicious. For those who love live music, they feature local groups playing mostly in weekends. Highly recommended.
