Nice resort. Need a lot of improvements regarding service and maintenance. There have old sponges for the dishes, no mappings or towels to clean. Some tiles on the floor were loose, no phone to contact front desk. But the last night we were there I found a USED CONDOM on the sofa bed my baby girls were sleeping.....INCREDIBLY DISGUSTING. I can't imagine what else did we touch.....i let the front desk guy now but he just ignored me and said I should put it in the survey which I never received.

Had a great time and the service was great. The pool was immaculate, the view was great even for my fear of heights, the hotel on the inside looked awesome and spacious almost like a normal house or apartment. Would definitely go again when I'm older.

Perfect place to stay while visiting! Views were gorgeous, and water was perfect! Definitely will be returning

We stayed in a condo on the beach. It was beautiful and exactly what we wanted. Eat at Chango's while you are there too. Their ceviche is awesome.
