Great time again in Mexico. The villa we stayed in was fantastic! Will definitely come back!
Sorry we have stayed in Rocky Point over the past 12years and this is the first time we were very disappointed with accomodations. Condo was dirty. Couldn't sit on sofa due to mildew smell and filth.Very disappointed! Tv old and small. Definitely needs to be upgraded and cleaned!
Our room has a great view of the pool and ocean. The room is very large with all of the kitchen necessities.

Worse service ever. It took 2 hours to even get the keys. No help from the help desk. Air conditioning unit was controlled by someone else in California. It was 84° the whole time there. When the air did turn on, it smelled like sewage every time. So if you are planning on going, don't rent VIlla 18.. Not to mention, we almost got kicked out, due to our kids not having bracelets. Which they were never given any to begin with!
