It was a 12 minute drive from the edge of town, not a bad drive. The free breakfast was good. The salesman was kind and honest. The first thing he told us was that it was a sales pitch and what we hear about them, good and bad, are true. We went in February during low tide and it was about a half mile from shore to water. The presentation was actually enjoyable and painless. That is until they sent in the ringer. We told the salesman we needed to consult our financial advisor and another salesman stepped in to do a "customer satisfaction survey" but really he just kept pushing a "one time deal" at us. Other than that, enjoyable.

I would not recommend if you are looking to do anything other than sit in your room or look for sea shells. The low tide goes out about a mile walk from the resort when high tide is in the water is only about foot deep. Water temp is warmer than the resort pool. Pool is ice cold, hot tub around 90 degrees and long ways from condo units. If you need anything from the store its 3 three miles away. The restaurant won't sale you anything. The restaurant is however the best thing there good food nice staff. All of the people were very nice. Good luck if you book there. We will never ever book there again.

We went there for dinner. Very nice atmosphere. On the water. Great service friendly staff. We will be going back.

Love this place as a chill get away! They need to heat the pool but other than thst...pretty awesomw
