Beautiful Resort, the rooms are very spacious and come with a small kitchen with a four burner stove. The resort has 4 pools, an indoor pool a lazy river and like 7 Jacuzzis. It's absolutely gorgeous, hands down my kids favorite Resort.

I like it but they use hard sell tactics. If you don't want to go to the presentations you get treated differently. They have valet parking only. They keep your keys and good luck getting your car in a timely manner. It's also way out of town so it's about 30 min back and forth to town. The grand mayan is at least a quarter of a mile from where your car is parked. They have shuttles but really only when you arrive. 1 restaurant is open at this time because of covid. I thought the food was good.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Don’t waste your time or money here. They try there very best to pull you in to there timeshare plan which is the worst thing you will ever get into. They will annoy you to death until you say yes. Vidanta Vacations is a joke.

Best place to relax and do nothing. Perfect for families. Love the flat beach and endless surf exploring.

If you are here for the lazy river prepare to be disappointed, the jets are not working and part of the floor is coming up to the surface. Two out of eight jets are working. You will have to paddle your way around or walk your way around, that’s if you don’t get stuck. The tiles in the pool are coming off in all areas so be careful so you don’t get scratched and cut. Worst of all the kids are collecting the tiles and dropping them all over the pool area so be careful waking around. They will probably blame Covid-19 for the up keeping but if Vidanta is not ready to deliver what they promise then don’t promise what they can’t deliver. Si estás aquí por el río lento, prepárate para decepcionarte, los jets no funcionan y parte del piso está subiendo a la superficie. Solo dos de ocho jets esta funcionado. Tendrá que remar o caminar a su manera, eso es si no se queda atascado. El piso de la piscina se están cayendo en todas las áreas, así que tenga cuidado para que no se raspe ni se corte. Lo peor de todo es que los niños recogen los azulejos y los dejan caer por toda el área de la piscina, así que tenga cuidado al caminar. Probablemente culparán a Covid-19 por el mantenimiento, pero si Vidanta no está listo para cumplir lo que promete, entonces que no prometa lo que no puede cumplir.
