Cool place to hang out with locals. We just had a couple of drinks which came with some "botanas", there was a karaoke going on. The service was nice and fast.

Karaoke ONLY Review: Overall: 0/5 (Total Garbage) 1 PA speaker, 1/5; busted driver, constant distortion 1 wireless mic, 3/5; kind of okay shape Soundboard, 1/5; in rough shape and very, very poorly run Long echo effect, 0/5, instead of reverb - not the same thing although both have a "tail". Computer, 0/5; displaying the YouTube only based tracks and audio in very, very bad shape, stops mid-song regularly to buffer; also an internet issue, but mostly the device in this case (kind of rare, was too old to process pages at the speed being accessed). Display, 3(?)/5; seemed to function okay, don't remember. Technician, 1/5; completely clueless, evidenced by setup, configuration, equipment, and cueing effectiveness. Host, 4/5; was very pleasant, but seemingly unaware that the issues that make it virtually impossible for an actual singer; to be fair also, couldn't do much about it, unless the organizer also. Atmosphere 4/5; Patrons all seemed happy enough. Quality was not a concern for most. Supportive, for the most part. Did not understand what was happening or why it was an issue.

This a good spot to be outside the public eye although you should not expect delicatessen food or a luxurious or varied menu this a traditional low profile Cantina no more no less, staff is nice place is a bit dark

As soon as we got to the bar they attended us well and they're buckets are like 10 beers compared to the 5 you get in Chicago. They also provide good drinking snacks free of charge. We got there around 5 pm so wasn't as busy which made it a better experience. It's a good starter bar if your planning on going to other bars after.
