Hyatt Regency Andares Guadalajara

When traveling to a foreign country, where you do not speak the language, there is nothing more comforting and pleasant than to stay at the Hyatt Andares. I recently stayed for 11 nights and was treated like a king. They have superior management in the person of Cesar Moreno and under his highly skilled leadership, you can expect the very beat that Guadalajara has to offer. The dedication to quality is unsurpassed and you can tell that all of his staff are constantly seeking ways to make an already magnificent establishment, even better! It is a world class hotel geared towards international customers and can compete with any hotel in the world. I cannot express how wonderful they were. I was there for medical treatment and they took extra care to make sure that I had everything I needed the entire time. The shopping, the restaurants, everything surrounding the hotel is first class. The hotel is a must for any sophisticated traveler and is also perfect for that special get away that we all need from time to time. Excellent valet and restaurant staff, architecture, furnishings and location. Front desk staff are off. A valet by the name of Alberto did a truly exceptional job in warning me the air was too low in one of my tires. The location is just amazing. You get a nice modern mall, modern office buildings, beautifully manicured gardens and great views. This hotel has many beautiful details like modern light fixtures and motion sensor lights in your room so you won't trip at night. The rooms are really nice. This hotel is more impressive than those I have used in the United States. Outside there's an iconic, beautiful metal sculpture of wings. I however, really did not like the very dark hall to my room. It has motion sensor lights but still it gives you a really creepy sensation until you find out there are motion sensor lights.

In the perfect location, all the staff are fantastic, they really make you feel welcomed. Service is on point, amenities are great. My second home :)

Very nice hotel. Amazing service. Probably the best place I have ever stayed in my life. Room service delivered cooked meals all around the clock while I worked on a hackathon project. Nice pool and gym, and the free breakfast was always welcome each morning.
