Quinta Real Guadalajara

Rented 2 suites for 2 nights. Found a smoked joint in the room. Both rooms smelled terrible so we asked for the manager and he was apparently "on vacation." No one took responsibility and all they did was switch one of the two suites for us where the joint was found. Additionally, there is absolutely no sound barrier between the rooms and you can hear everything that goes on next door.

We had an excellent "vacation" in this place of beautiful style and decoration; we loved the spacious room, the different green areas, the pool and the works of art displayed around the hotel, the restaurant is great 👌🏻 very elegant and the waiters service excellent, especially Alonso, he was always friendly, attentive and helpful, the hotel has a gym (a point to take into account perhaps, that they add weights / dumbbells). The hotel is located 15 minutes from the historic center, is close to several squares, shopping centers and meeting points (Chapultepec, Minerva, RiU) all within a few minutes on foot.

Everything and everyone was above and beyond . The suites, like the rest of the hotel, are beautiful and the service is surpassing excellent.

Staff is immensely helpful and friendly. The grounds are exquisitely maintained. My room was immaculate and luxurious. I would stay again.
