Hotel Santiago de Compostela

This hotel does not offer hot water as part of your stay, so if hot showers are important this place is not an option. They also do not offer blankets, only tiny raggedy fleece throws with snags that stink like they've never been washed. Staff is not willing to help either, but they do like to hang out in a group and flirt with each other rather than do anything to solve any of the problems in this place. The location is good, but there are other options nearby.

Its ok. They advertise their rooms with balcony but the balcony is still inside the hotel. I upgraded to a suite which had a balcony that opens up to the outside. If you stay in would suggest a suite unless you don't care. But the first room i had was small and now window

It's very pretty but their mattresses could improve, staff is very nice and the location is great for walking around downtown
