The worst service I've ever had, they made me go to a branch to tell me that my car was already rented somewhere else and they didn't even compensate me for the return, terrible service I don't recommend

Terrible service, we made the reservation online and when we are going to pick it up they do not have the requested vehicle, it took 40 min to make us a contract and another hour and a half to deliver a car, which they took us to pick up at another branch, we told them that we were going to the cdmx and they did not give us the vehicle with the necessary permits, they took us to the corralon and we had to pay a giant fine for which the company was not responsible and washed their hands just saying that it was the negligence of the person who attended U.S. Obviously the first and last time we hired your services

The hole on the outside gives a very bad image, its image is little more progesional than a mechanical workshop, a little more cleaning would help
