Terrible service. I made a reservation three weeks ago to deliver a car in Mexico City and, three days before, they write to tell me that they do not have units that can circulate there. When they called, they informed me that they just replaced "all the units" (a process that began on September 1 in Guanajuato) and, showing a complete lack of professionalism, they offer me no other option, just an apology. A complete and utter disgrace of office and staff!

Bad service. They charged me for damage that the car already had. Unfortunately, the photos of the tires I took before withdrawing from the agency were not clear. Their only proof was their review sheet strangely they also had pictures of the car but not the tires. Abusive
