In November I rented a vehicle, it took almost 15 days to return the warranty. Since the windshield was damaged, they made me an insurance charge for almost $ 900 when the insurance covered the 10% deductible of the damage which is an exaggeration because it was not a luxury vehicle. They never told me what they charged me and what protected that charge. Worse still they sent a bill for the rent with amounts in zero.
