They never answer the phone and also it took too much exaggeration to deliver a pkt when in itself it takes 8 days now they already have 20 days and they don't answer like that

The service is lousy, and fraudulent, it is embarrassing that I do not know how to trust a government service, it gives you a number that is the same as Mexico, 01800, not a local phone, unfortunately, parcel services are very expensive, and it is more expensive shipping than product

They publish a phone number that for more options they offer in no one they answer you, they DO NOT answer the phone, so you have to go to the branch to be checking if the package arrived, instead of facilitating the confirmation of arrival with a simple call, Lousy service, now without the urano branch, the poor mailmen with the worn out tires of their motorcycles and that forces them to distribute walking to avoid accidentals with those smooth tires .... How decadent is our valuable Mexican mails.

Terrible treatment, the service leaves to be desired and is deplorable, really if I could give less than 1 star would do it, it is time to consider hiring personnel with a better sense of the human being than they currently have with the phones. I am ashamed that Mexico's mail is so terrible.
