Keep in mind it's likely a typical hotel located in a small Mexican town. Reasonably priced, pretty clean, comfortable beds, ran out of hot water, bed linens and towels are worn but clean. It is clear that the owners are working to make improvements.

We have stayed at Hotel Versalles 3 times now and every time we go, there is something new. The staff is very friendly and great at remembering to give you new towels each day and tidy your room
