Good deal

Everyone is very nice in this office (especially the gentlemen who deliver / receive the cars), BUT it is a shame the quality in which HERTZ has the cars; at least the ones that have touched me lately in Reynosa, Guadalajara (2 times) and Mexico City. I rent with them for the "benefits" that I receive on my card, but will have to look for new options.

Poorly trained, poor attention. They do not have updated phone numbers. Their prices are much higher than the other lessors and the cars have no added value to justify this over price. I tried Sixt and it was much better, although they don't have big cars ...

Terrible service. There are two occasions that I reserve a vehicle, in one of them I even paid it in advance, and in both of them they were bad, in the first time they no longer had vehicles, the second time if they had a van but they did not want to give it to me because I had booked a compact, not even paying difference. The money I paid was never returned to the customer service number, they don't have an option to talk to someone. The person who attends with a very bad attitude

I made my reservation for 6 am, when I confirmed it I saw that they opened at 7am and I said it's a good time. What we did not count was that the person in charge of the offices was a derelict and that she would open until she was swollen ... everything was perfect, but the staff, dump.
