Thrifty Car Rental

Pity definitely .. they told us there was going to be someone at the airport and there was no one .. it took 40 min to answer .. the car if it was new but had a motorcycle engine .. I asked them to extend the contract with the same price they said yes and they opened at 5 am ... I did not open if not at 7 I called them and they told me there is no problem just that it was NOT the price I had but not as double and that I had to go to the airport .. In short, my 4-day vacation was spent going around the airport ... PESSSIIIMMMOOOO

Terrible service, we made a reservation and they did not respect us, they did not answer us at night, we had to spend in the hotel because the car was not available, we arrived the next day and they tell us that we do not have paid the service when it is paid, lousy service , do not rent at Thristy, avoid that service, there are many other better ones, do not be fooled by promotions, they are false, once in the office, these promotions are not valid, employees claim that they cannot do anything as if it will be about two different companies (reservations and office), everything is a trap for you to rent with them what they have available at the price that they want to give you, because usually you will already be delayed in your agenda
