Until today, all the packages that have been sent to me by this parcel have arrived safely. If it is a bit slow in terms of delivery but I have no complaint because it is at an affordable price if not cheap. Sometimes I despair because when I check that the package is at the reception I go for it in the morning, and if I can not, the postman comes in the afternoon.

I do not know why they give very bad reviews, but in my point of view the truth is that they do a very good job 🤷🏻‍♀️ I have already collected several packages and I have not had any problem. They serve very well

The package with SAMPLES is still in the San Nicolás de Los Garza operational center, since December 24, after 2 weeks they still have not delivered the delivery person ... they do not answer the phone and they have already sent emails and no response. " It's Mexico ”a real ROBBERY

Bad as always, pure buts always, and he says that they close at 4 and arrive at 3:45 and he tells me that it is closed, that the box closes at 3:30 pm. Not even going back and I have to go again tomorrow. What a dump.
