IT IS NOT FAIR THAT ESTAFETA DOES NOT SEND MORE EMPLOYEES, the girl is insulted and she is only doing her job as quickly as possible, a client even threw her packages. PESIMO ESTAFETA IS INCREDIBLE !!

The schedule indicated is not correct, although it says open and the staff is there, you are not served for their lunch hour, which is understandable, but change the hours so as not to confuse people.

Terrible service. There is only one person who receives and delivers the parcel. In total, a poor and deficient service, and it is not because of the person who attends, it is because of the lack of personnel that Estafeta has. They lack too much to improve the service.

Eternal queue to deliver or pick up a package. They close during lunch hours, generating more people to accumulate, waiting to be served. They should hire more staff.
