It fulfills the objective to send correspondence or parcels at economic prices. I have been touched by staff who are very picky about packaging and so that you can make your shipment you have to adjust to their requirements ... If you don't want to deal with these details, you can use other parcel services obviously at higher costs.

It is a Post Office Garbage, they mark it as a failed delivery, it is the case of the postman who delivers to Montecillo, they do not even come to deliver the packages, in my opinion they do not work as parcels and they are only kept from our taxes.

In general, I do not know how long it takes but they told me that my package (I suppose because of the pandemic) would arrive 15 to 20 business days after having sent it. They should increase staff more if demand for shipments increases.

Bad service, they don't do the home visit and still when you track the package, they notify it as if it had gone
