The bank is very small for the number of users who go daily. So the care becomes terrible and therefore the wait to be attended is several hours. I really suggest you to expand the branch or, failing that, put another branch in the plaza cañada to mitigate the flow of customers and thus improve the service

More than 80 people trained and with more than an hour of waiting in line. They put contagion at risk (for whatever reason) by causing crowds. Assign more cashiers or train the ones you have well.

It is a traditional Banamex bank that is barely enough for the people and that in times of fortnight and more now with the pandemic, it fills with people who do not keep their distance and the ATM can run out of money. Not bad but it is very fair.

I went to make a payment at the window, I was trained that it usually takes a few hours, but there were only two lines and only the people trained tell you if it is for the cashier or the window, there is no one from the establishment to tell you until you are almost there Inside, they are supposed to operate only some windows to prevent Covid but outside people are crowded waiting their turn, when entering they told me that it was not the line for the window and the manager was very rude to me as if he was offending him , and he even told me to train again, I just looked at him and kept silent, since I had already been waiting for more than two hours and did not want to waste my time, I waited for another bank worker to give me the pass, I saw that they also had conflict inside while waiting with other people, but they treated me well and quickly as soon as I went to the window.

Terrible service from their staff, and it seems that they do not know how many customers they have per municipality, it is not possible that they have a single person for customer service and that you have to wait more than an hour to be attended if it is the case that They come to attend you, the bank as well as the branch are very bad.
