At web page they offer “60% discount” but when you actually get there it doesn’t include any sort of insurance, which actually is 6-7 times more than the car fee. And not only that, the price they give you before releasing you the car does not include airport fees or taxes; so by the time you return the car you have to pay even more. Worst experience ever.

Do not rent from Hertz in Mexico - they will massively overcharge you, have terrible service and when you attempt to get clarity on their overcharging they will ignore your questions. Just stay away. I will no longer be renting from Hertz after this experience - I gave them more than a month to respond to my questions and concerns before posting this, they failed to respond.

Worse rental service ever! Hidden fees, horrible customer service and old cars. Wouldn’t recommend this service to anyone.
