Do not rent from Hertz in Mexico - they will massively overcharge you, have terrible service and when you attempt to get clarity on their overcharging they will ignore your questions. Just stay away. I will no longer be renting from Hertz after this experience - I gave them more than a month to respond to my questions and concerns before posting this, they failed to respond.

Terrible service! From the website they never notify you that this office no longer exists, and they still let you book here. Hertz service is lousy overall. Until you already have a complaint from PROFECO, it is that the batteries are put. The $ 21,000 reimbursement they made me is 3 weeks old and they haven't returned it. They really never lease with Hertz 🙏🏼

Very good service, very friendly in attention, the car you rent cleaned and everything in order! I really liked the attention of the employees, very professional.

It's a good option. The cars are in good condition and always have discounts and promotions. The staff must take more care of the image of the company because when I arrived everyone was eating. The prices may seem high, but the cars are worth it.
