They are scammers, they offered me a car with all the insurances included and they told me that I ONLY had to pay 10% of the repair of the vehicle in case of accident, the car almost without brakes, in totally deplorable conditions. I had an accident in the car and they charged me 10% of the value of the car being that the car was NOT in total loss, it was just a knock at the door and they charged me in addition, the days when the car would be in the workshop. They refused to give me the original insurance quote. Cheats and liars scammers.

Very bad experience with this company! I rented a car for a day and when I returned it the spare tire was damaged when I never had any incident, unfortunately when I received the car I did not notice the conditions of the tire since they only show it by opening a mat that covers it in the trunk , after 5 days of calling you, they tell me that I have to pay 1200 pesos plus VAT for that tire, at the end of half an hour of telephone discussion I have no choice but to accept the collection of 700 pesos as long as they returned the deposit of 12,000.00 pesos left. The problem here is that their same employees do business with this type of thing, my recommendation is that they never rent there and if they are going to do it, they should check the delivery of the car with magnifying glass including the spare parts that go in the trunk and also when they deliver it to the reviewer since they then purposely scrape or hit to say that that was not the case and then ask them for money so as not to report the coup to the company!

They rented me a car with BAD BRAKES. We almost crashed and the car was burning. They refused to take responsibility and would not even pay for the mechanic we use. They'll probably rent the car again like that. THEY ARE CRIMINAL.
