Worst service ever. DO NOT RENT AT THIS LOCATION. I prepaid a reservation for this location and when I got there the lady had a really bad attitude. She told me they did not have any availability, but she offer to put me in a waiting list. I told her that I prepaid it on line, but apparently doing a reservation through the HERTZ website is like making a reservation through a different company, and they do not honor reservations done through hertz website, even though it's prepaid. They gave me a 1800 number which also does not handle refunds or solve any problems. My advice STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM HERTZ , and use UBER. To get my refund they gave me a website where I have to ask for my money. I think it's going to be easier to contest it through my credit card.

WORST LOCATION EVER!!!! AVOID HERTZ ANTARA AT ALL COST!!!! The employees take their time to do everything. Even though I prepaid online, the process of picking up the rental took just under 2 hours and the drop off took 1 hour and 49 mins. My first and last experience with Hertz in general. I had a more lenghty review but couldn't post because of character limit in the review. I will be sending this to Hertz corporate office.

Bad customer service. The car was not available even though paid in advance and guaranteed in phone call. I would say don’t expect this to be better than budget or other economy car rental options

No cars available even if you have reservation. You go there with a fixed rate and they offer only a car for 3x the initial price
