For my business I carry weekly shipments, in a year I have taken around 300/400 packages and all have arrived at their destination, due to the economics of shipping it is understandable the time it takes for the packages to arrive at their destination, but all have arrived and I have never had problems neither for my shipments nor for those that come to me

What a lousy service they provide, already a pure dinosaur, they should already relieve the people who work there, they need updated people. Minimum put a phone number for attention.
