Scam! Don't do it. Trust the reviews. Jorge Olivo left us waiting 30 minutes and when he finally attended to us, he didn't have the car and wanted us to pay double. We asked for a refund and he told us to call, spent another 20 minutes waiting on hold. This location is a joke, as we were waiting we read the horrible reviews and it turned out to be 100% accurate. Go to National, hope these frauds go out of business.

I booked and paid online. When I came to the store, no car was available. No solution was offered and I finally had to cancel my trip plans... This is a low standing company with poor processes and no client service. DON T LOOSE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE!

Terrible service, you reserve a car and when you get there they don't have it so they offer a bigger one but try to make you pay the difference. They also insist in making you pay extra insurance that costs almost the same as your rental, lying about the implications of no taking it. Be prepared for when you return the car, cause they'll try to find any detail to charge you extra. Hertz Mexico it's really the worst rental car experience along all the countries where it's present, i hope they bankrupt sooner than later.

Another dreadful experience, my car was not there even though I had prepaid. Team was not helpful at all and simply did not care.

Central location. Not many car options, their availability is quite limited. Good level of service, kind people at the counter.
