Terrible service, they serve people who do not wear masks and not even the employees themselves use it and those who do not even wear it properly. Terrible service first and last time I go to this branch. To top it off, the helplines never work. They made me waste my time nothing

Before I had constant conflicts with a couple of senders because I thought that they did not send the products (especially subscriptions), later I realized that the problem was with Correos de México because they notified delivery attempts when they never happened and they simply limited themselves to returning the merchandise to the sender. (There was always someone to receive the merchandise) Now, every time I have the misfortune to receive something by Correos de México I always make sure to ask for the guide, and I am constantly tracking the order to pick it up directly at the post office, which in turn is a nuisance because the employees who work there have a terrible attitude and their attention is terrible. On some occasion I also tried to send a package by Correos de México and my experience was not much better, the package returned after three weeks all bruised and I had to pay for express service in another parcel to be able to make the shipment. One of the worst services out there, and if you are currently waiting for a package from them, too bad, I recommend you do not take off until you have received your package.

They left me 1 hour waiting on the phone and nobody answered me. Above, they lost my package and not even their lights give, I wrote an email and they told me that they are not responsible, to contact the sender (who should not because they did their job well and sent it on time). The cusp of government inefficiency. To vary.
