Terrible service, the employees do not deliver the packages, sometimes they do not arrive and it becomes extremely difficult to track them, in the office they never know anything and do not attend to you, in addition to being rude and taking a long time to attend. Here are two packages that I lose. Better use a private parcel service, it is better to pay a little more than to lose the entire shipment.

Terrible attention both at the counter and online, the couriers do not do their job and have you waiting weeks for your package to arrive that should have arrived in a weekend.

The service of those who attend sometimes is not very kind, because I do not know if they are stressed or bored but I do not know how to serve the users. In few occasions they are kind and attentive and in very few occasions they are interested in the process that one needs to perform.
