Terrible treatment, aggressive staff and the attractiveness of the pools, empty! I highly recommend other hotels in the place to this one. Bad experience. When having a mishap with the battery, not only did they not give help and they ignored when the help came, the aggressiveness and arrogance were totally absurd.
