Delicious and rough! The taste of the fish is unique, in each bite you perceive the freshness and incomparable seasoning of the restaurant; In addition, the main dish is accompanied by shrimp broth and freshly made tortillas !! We enjoy the garden area that creates an atmosphere of tranquility and nature. I would only recommend that they offer desserts such as ice cream or cupcakes. They only open at the town party that is a week after Ash Wednesday and at Easter, it's a shame for cravings that don't fall on those dates. Hopefully and open more times.

The best fried mojarra to eat in Hidalgo. Direct from the hatchery to the plate as its slogan says. Widely recommended.
