Terrible, they lie and make you pay more. Avoid at all cost.

Don't let the price fool you. When you get at the counter they give you another bill for 800.00 plus for reserving the car. Thanks for the upfront pricing and the poor customer service. Also your refund for the deposit might show back up in your account weeks later after the agreement date. Called for days with no one calling back. Then I called the head office and finally someone gave me the deposit back.

I had rented a car through Expedia for our Mexican holiday. The rental kiosk at the airport could not give a damn about my Expedia contract and refused every detail about the rental I thought i had so carefully arranged. In the end my car rental cost more than doubled. Just for the record, Expedia was absolutely no help. Their service in Mexico is far less than useless and they should be ashamed to call themselves a rental website.

Just awful experience. They refused to take my proof of insurance I had for Mexico and wanted to charge me 30 a day for the CDW. They refused to talk on the phone with insurance. Avoid Europcar at all costs. I got another rental car with another company at the airport without the aggravation they gave me.

The worst customer service ever ! We went to pick up a car on the day we arrive to Ixtapa ! They didn't have the car ! We needed to have and the lady Claudia gave us bad attitude and she said we need to take another car We return the car 3 days after and she wanted me to keep the car for a whole week We've been calling Rhee for our refund and she tells her coworkers she's not available and it's been 3 weeks and she hasn't gived us a call back for anything ! Be sure you get the car you want !!!!! Horrible service
